What inspired you to establish Marshall’s Executive Chauffeur Services, and how has it evolved into what it is today?
Marshall’s Executive Chauffeur Services, also known as Marshall’s Irish Tours & Transfers, was founded from a passion for providing a level of service that goes beyond simply getting people from one place to another.
We recognised that many visitors to Ireland were looking for a more personal, reliable, and comfortable way to travel, whether for airport transfers, business travel, or private touring.
From the beginning, our goal was to combine professional chauffeur services with genuine Irish hospitality. As a family-run business, we wanted every client to feel valued, looked after, and confident that they were in safe and experienced hands.
Over the years, the business has grown through word of mouth recommendations, repeat clients, and a commitment to consistently delivering exceptional service. What started as a chauffeur service has evolved into a trusted provider of bespoke private tours, executive travel, airport transfers, and specialized services such as our women-only driver option.
You describe the business as family-run. How does that shape the experience for your clients?
Being a family-run business allows us to offer a personal level of service that larger companies often cannot match. We take great pride in building genuine relationships with our clients and treating every guest as we would our own family.
