For the past year, the Ireland on a Budget Facebook Group, Ireland Travel Planning Tips, has maintained one of the most established curated Licensed Private Driver Networks within any Ireland-focused travel community online. With over 154,000 members — many based in the United States and actively planning vacations to Ireland — the group generates consistent demand for professional private drivers and tour operators. The Network is organized according to each driver’s primary business base location, although many provide services across the island of Ireland. At present, there is strong representation from Dublin, Galway, Northern Ireland, and the Cork and Kerry region. To protect visibility and maintain balanced regional representation, new applications from these high-demand base regions are currently being placed on a waitlist. Unlike major booking platforms that charge 20–30% commission on every booking, the network that I’ve created on the Facebook platform connects approved drivers directly with Ireland-bound travelers through a structured annual model, allowing you, the driver, to retain full control of your pricing, client relationships, and revenue. About the Group

The Ireland Travel Planning Tips Facebook Group was founded with the goal of providing potential members with practical advice on how to plan a vacation to Ireland. Since then, it has turned into a community hub where members seek answers on many topics, including accommodation, car rental, information on Ireland’s hidden gems, its fabulous restaurants and lively pubs, and so much more. Of value to many are the resources that members can find within the group, including a very valuable licensed private driver list and files on other pertinent topics.

The group is growing daily, with many members expressing  gratitude for the benefits that it provides. Engagement ranges from 26,000-28,000 members per day who view, post, comment or react to content in the group. Most of the members are based in the United States and they are the ones who most frequently request information on private drivers. We also have members from the UK, Continental Europe and other parts of the world.
